Windows XP has a Comment? link on the left side of the top title bar of most applications. Its purpose is to send bugs, errors, problems, or feedback to Microsoft. To keep from clicking on it accidentally, you can disable it by opening regedit and finding the following string:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Right click on the 'LameButtonEnabled' String Value in the right pane and select 'Modify'. Change it to read 0 then click OK. You should no longer see the Comment? link.
